How to search with ISBNs (International Standard Book Numbers)
When searching with ISBNs, you have the following options:
Either	1-85368-905-X
Or	185368905X

How to search for author...
We recommend to search for authors as follows:
Name, Firstname	Fleming
Name	Fleming Ian
Name, first char(s) of Firstname and *	Fleming Ia*

...and/or title

The most efficient use of the search-machine can be made by dropping all articles and prepositions and by only using nouns, adjectives and verbs as search criteria.

Example:  "The Dive Sites of the Red Sea". Only use "dive", "sites", "red" und "sea" but not "the" or "of". Enter them in the field "words in title" (always with a space but never with inverted commas), the sequence of the words does not matter. Depending on the choice of words you may find several titles, which you can then narrowed down by adding another word in the search.
